1. Use Vicks Vaporub at night before going to bed to kill all the build up skin.
2. Next morning use Econazine cream to sooth the itch.
3. Always keep your foot dry.
4. Stay away from any other antifungal cream (there may be a chance it worsened your condition)
5. Repeat for a few week to see the result.
